Failing to stop, report and leaving the scene of an accident. It is important you know what points you may receive if you are accused of a motoring offence.

I have listed a few of the most common driving offences that our clients face. I have also listed the endorsement and penalty points. Each endorsement is given a driving offence code that can be placed on your driving licence.

Some driving offences may also involve a disqualification. It is important you contact Driving Solicitors the moment you are contacted by the Police.

Driving offence codes and penalty points must stay on your driving licence for 4 or 11 years depending on the driving offence.
